The sole has a web layer (15) that is made of polyamide and intercalated between a thermoplastic material layer (19) and another thermoplastic material layer (21). The former thermoplastic material layer is molded on a face (16a) of the web layer. A glue layer (25) is arranged between another face (16b) of the web layer and a face of the latter thermoplastic material layer such that the latter thermoplastic material layer is glued on the latter face of the web layer. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a puncture-proof sole.
