The assembly has five femoral implants (10), where each implant is formed of a condyle (1) provided with a posterior part (3) and a distal part (4). Each implant has an anchoring unit (2) that is arranged on an inner surface of the condyle and provided with a fixation stud (5). The condyle's inner surface adopts the shape of a plane face (6) oriented parallel to an axis (A) of the stud in the posterior part. The implants have same radius (R), and a distance (D) between the axis and the face is same for all the implants such that the implants are anchored at a prepared end of a femur.
