The handlebar (10) has a blocking unit including blocking pins (30A, 30B) carried by assembling sections (20A, 20B) that are extended parallely in projection to rotational axes from the sections. Blocking notches (50A, 50B) are carried by a support (38). The notch occupies an axial blocking position in which the pin is housed in the notch, and occupies an axial release position in which the pin is located out of the notch. An actuation screw (52) and an operating handle (54) provide relative axial displacement of the notch with respect to the pin in two directions.
