Circulation and forcing of the fluid are channelized via a hydraulic motor. Flow velocity of the fluid is regulated in a low pressure secondary circuit by adjusting a flow regulator based on desired kilowatt power. Kinematics of a hydromotor unit is driven by a gearbox that connects the hydraulic motor to an electric generator. An electric power source is generated. The electric power source is managed on a frontage electrical cabinet.
