The apparatus has a key (10), and a torque unit that is provided in the key. An insulating unit is provided in the key. The insulating unit comprises an insulating element (20) for covering a part of the key. Another insulating element (40) is provided for covering remaining portion of the key. One of the former insulating element and latter insulating element comprises a notch (21), and other the former insulating element and the latter insulating element comprises a key (42) located in the notch.
