The cap (1) has a cylindrical striker (5) that comprises a crown (6) that is provided with articulated blades (7) and driven for removal of a lid (4). The lid is removed corresponding to two actions (F1, R1) that take place successively in a continuous manner, where one of the actions (F1) corresponds to changeover of the articulated blades for perforation of the lid, and other action (R1) corresponds to rotation of the crown to ensure a final cutting of the lid.
