The caisson (1) has an upper wall (3) with a fixing flange (4) provided with a fixing unit to fix the caisson on outer facade of a structure. A rigid front wall (2) includes a lower edge provided with a backward shoulder connected to a coupling flange (5) projecting vertically outward of the caisson. The front wall extends beyond an upper edge of the front wall by coupling cleats (6) e.g. clips. The cleats are in support of two adjacent upper caissons in a caisson assembly along the facade, through a front side against the coupling flange. An independent claim is also included for an outer facade for a structure, comprising an outer wall.
