The hinge has tube (1), where a substance (4) is cooperated with slowdown principle of rotative movement of the tube and a cylinder (2) under action of friction force. A free space between the tube and the cylinder is filled with the substance. A torsion spring (3) has an end housing in a hole (5) on a closed side of the tube, and another end of the spring is housed in another hole (6) of the cylinder, where external diameter of the cylinder is slightly less than internal diameter of the tube.
