The holder (1) has a body (2) formed of a base plate (3) i.e. deflecting plate, and a back plate (4), where the base plate is extended transversely to fork tunnels. The base plate is arranged, at horizontal state of the tunnels arranged in an upright position to define an active support surface. The base plate is provided on a back face (6) opposite to a front face on a level of a lower edge (7) of a wing (10) extending to right angle from a portion of the base plate adjacent to the wing. A support or fixing element is used for forming a bearing surface or fixing a processing tool.
