The knife (1) has a gripping unit (2) including a support forming part (2c) with first and second sides tilted at certain angle. A blade (3) is dismountable and folded so as to form first and second sides (3a, 3b) tilted at another certain angle similar to than that of the support forming part. The first side of the gripping unit receives the first side of the blade for application of a product. The second side of the gripping unit receives the second side of the blade for fixing the blade on the gripping unit. The second side of the blade is used for application of the product.
