The valve (100) has a piston (133) opened toward a tank (1) against action of a spring (123) when pressure in a high pressure accumulator (5) exceeds reference pressure, where the valve regulates the reference pressure. A volume balancing passage is provided with a ball shaped one-way valve (144) closed by pressure in the accumulator and opened by vacuum prevailing in the accumulator, with respect to outside, where the volume balancing passage is arranged in parallel to a regulating passage (131).
