The assembly (1) has a leg (4) with a part (5) extending to bottom and inserted between stops (6, 7) interdependent of a floor (3), so as to lock forward and backward displacement of the part. Another part (8) of the leg is inserted under one of the stops, so as to block upward displacement of the latter horizontal part. A fastening unit (9) e.g. screw, is arranged at a rear part, and associates a seat structure (2) to the floor. The stops are in the form of transverse axes, and the structure includes side flanges (17) connected to each other by a transverse cross-piece.
