The device has an adapter (1) forming a table constituted of one or multiple assembled pieces, and comprising an integrated soap holder and a towel holder. The adapter is installed in the place of a lid of a flushing tank (2). The adapter comprises a hole (3) for maintaining the control of a flushing mechanism, and a cavity (4) for guiding effluents from a hand sink (5) towards the flushing tank. The adapter comprises another cavity for passing and guiding a feed pipe from a tap (6) of the hand sink to a water circuit.
