The hand sink has a part formed as an adaptor (1) to be fixed on a flush tank (2) using a multi-purpose retainer and receiving the control from a closing control mechanism with a double trigger function. Another part is formed as a hand sink basin (10) that is equipped with a faucet (9) and an exhaust (11) and forms a cover for the hand sink. Two holes are provided at the base for installing the fixing system.
