The concentrator (40) has anterior and posterior strips (41, 42) whose proximal ends are connected by a fusible seam (7) and distal ends are connected by a connection device (43). The connection device has a shaped element (44) provided with a hook section, and a cylindrical rod (45) connected to one of the strips. The shaped element hooks the rod, and is self-gripped on the rod. The rod and an inner surface (48) of a curved portion (47) of the element are encircled with complementary self-gripping units i.e. Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fasteners), formed of hooks and loops. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an airbag safety system for a seat of a motor vehicle, comprising a concentrator (2) a method for mounting a backrest of a seat of a motor vehicle.
