The barrier has flexible rods (2) joined together using a connection element (5) in a form of arcs and fixed to four corners (3) of a flexible panel (1), where the panel is made of non elastic flexible material e.g. canvas, coated cloth, fiber or plastic fiber. The rods are located in a same plane as the panel. The rods project from the panel in a lower part so as to be inserted in bases (4) for allowing the barrier to be held in vertical position. Strap parts are equipped with metal or plastic studs and fixed to a bottom part of lower sheaths to fix the barrier to ground.
