The device (1) has two electrical contacts (6, 22) mounted on a moving equipment (2) and a chassis (19), respectively. One of the contacts is moved to the other contact relative to the chassis according to a sliding direction (4) during a closing operation of the device. The other contact is moved relative to the chassis according to the sliding direction during an impact of the former contact on the latter contact by a shock absorber (21). The shock absorber is hydraulically or pneumatically formed from elastomeric element and mechanically deformable element.
