The power tool (1) comprises an electric motor housing (30) that accommodates a mechanism housing (30a) in which lubricant is injected. Two passages (2,3) are provided in the mechanism housing, in which the inlets and outlets are respectively opened towards the inner side and outer side of the mechanism housing. The inlets of the passages of the mechanism housing are located at a position without immersing in the lubricant, during the tool operation.
