The mat has elements enveloped in a housing (4), where each element includes a foam block (2) enclosed in an individual flexible envelope (5). The flexible envelope includes an orifice (6) for passage of air, where the foam block enclosed in the envelope is in parallelepiped form. The foam block is surmounted by a foam plate (3), where the foam block and the envelope are enclosed within the housing, and the density of foam in the foam block is lower than the density of foam in the foam plate. A ventilation opening (MA) is provided at a side of the housing.
