The device has a female part i.e. plastic stopper head (1), for receiving a male part i.e. technical insert (2). The parts are mounted one on another to enclose and fasten a cork (3) by articulated legs. Stops (8) of an insert are positioned behind undercuts (4) of the stopper head to assure final and irreversible locking of the assembly of the parts. The legs are arranged at periphery of the insert and mechanically closed on the cork by the effect of vertical pressure exerted on the cork during insertion of the cork in the head.
