The assembly has an attachment unit (40) assembled at an end of a location hole (11) to restrict the movement of an adjusting unit (30). The attachment unit has a continuous hole (422) connected with a positioning opening (421), such that a resistance block (31) of the adjusting unit is inserted into a recess (23) of an opener head (20) from the continuous hole. The positioning opening is provided for accommodating the opener head. The attachment unit is attached with a head part (41) to combine with a handle (10).
