The device has sensors (2) assembled with a recuperator (1) fixed at base of an immersed rising main (5). The main has a concentric double casing (6) in an upper part to allow supply and injection of compressed air from a generator (9) at various levels according to depth of liquid to be extracted. The air ensures a driving force to expel the liquid contained in the main toward a surface while creating a depression on the sensors. Water and hydrocarbon mixture is brought into a settling basin (13) via a degasser (11), where the device is fixed on a floating platform (15).
