The block (1) has double-acting hinges (22) allowing opening of an opening frame (3) from a cell side and a passageway side of the block when a flap (15) is in one position. The hinges have knuckles (23) to receive pins for connecting two plates with two connection plates of the hinges, where the plates are respectively fixed on an edge of the opening frame and an edge of a post (5) of a frame (4). The opening frame is straight-edged with the post of the passageway side of the block to allow opening of the block at 180 degrees from the passageway side.
