The shaft (1) has a first connection unit (14) connecting the shaft to a discharge valve (15) that is placed between an air outlet (16) of a turbocharger (11) and a throttle valve. A second connection unit (8) connects the shaft to a fuel tank (2) of a car, and a third connection unit (9) connects the shaft to an inlet (10) of the turbocharger in a thermal engine (3) of the car. A fourth connection unit (12) connects the shaft to a distributor inlet (13) of the engine. An air supply line (17) supplies air from the discharge valve to the distributor inlet.
