The kit has a support for assembling a seat (3) on a toilet bowl and a link e.g. cable, installed between the seat and a flushing mechanism. The support is provided with a slide support mechanism (800) to allow a sliding movement of the seat parallel to an upper plane i.e. rim (1), of the toilet bowl, against an elastic return unit i.e. coil spring (808). The link comprises a movement guiding unit to transform the sliding movement of the seat into a movement of actuation of the flushing, where an adapter actuates a flushing trigger in response to the sliding movement.
