The present application relates to a method for producing a matrix device comprising a matrix of elements, photo-detectors or photoemitters, the method comprising design steps consisting in: a) identifying, from at least one topology of said device matrix, one or more parasitic conduction closed circuits, b) selecting one or more photo-detector (s) or photo-emitter (s) elements of the matrix device belonging to at least one of said closed parasitic conduction circuits identified said selected element (s) being rendered inactive.
