The device has a pre-maintenance unit i.e. elastic pin (4), for temporarily maintaining a pedal lever (1) on a hinge plate (2), until an attaching unit is positioned in the lever and the plate. The attaching unit has a screw (3) and a nut positioned in openings of the lever and the plate, respectively. The pin is formed by molding on a side part of the lever using an elastic material such as rubber, where the side part is in shape of a lug. The pin comprises a part covering a surface of the lever, and another part extending from the former part and penetrating into the opening of the plate.
