The packaging has a flexible thin envelope (1) formed with a closable opening. A cotton mat (2) extends over thickness of the envelope, and another cotton mat (3) extends over another thickness of the envelope, where the mats are arranged parallel to each other inside the envelope. Another envelope (4) containing cooling gel is attached to a less flexible frame, where the frame is thin along a surface of the latter envelope. The frame and the latter envelope are located between the mats within the former envelope, where width of the frame is equal to thickness of the former mat. An independent claim is also included for a method for obtaining a flexible isothermal packaging.
