PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction device for accepting the application of reissue of a card, and for issuing a simple card.;SOLUTION: An automatic transaction device 10 which communicates with a host computer 100 to perform account transaction includes: card collection means 140 for collecting a card in the automatic transaction device 10; authentication information acquisition means 110 for acquiring authentication information for authenticating the user of a card to be collected by the card collection means 140; transmission/reception means 130 for transmitting the request of reissue of the card including the authentication information acquired by the authentication information acquisition means 110 to the host computer 100, and for receiving a response to the request of the reissue of the card; and simple card issue means 150 for, when the transmission/reception means 130 receives a permission response of simple card issue from the host computer 100 in response to the request of the reissue of the card, issuing a simple card for performing account transaction relating to an account corresponding to the card to be collected by the card collection means 140.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
