PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job history auditing system enabling an audit when a taken-out document is secondarily used in the outside.SOLUTION: In a job history auditing system, an organization ID is embedded in printing by a digital multifunction machine 112, and the embedded organization ID is extracted in scanning by an external digital multifunction machine 122. The digital multifunction machine 122 transmits a job history including the organization ID embedded in a document to a data processing server 101, and the data processing server performs audit processing on the basis of the organization ID of the document.
