PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire carrying device capable of accurately detecting rotational failure of a guide pulley.;SOLUTION: A wire carrying device includes a sending-out part, a winding part, a support arm rockably arranged between the sending-out part and the winding part, and a guide pulley rotatably installed in the support arm and guiding a wire while imparting tension, and includes a rotating speed detecting object member installed on the side of the guide pulley to integrally rotate with the guide pulley and arranging a plurality of detecting object parts at a specific interval on a peripheral surface, a sensor installed on a rocking central shaft integral with the support arm and detecting the detecting object parts, and an arithmetic operation part for calculating a rotating speed of the guide pulley based on a detecting result by the sensor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
