PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disturbed peat flowability control device for controlling the flowability of disturbed peat of which mutually entangling fibers are cut to be in a desired characteristic suitable for dewatering process in a civil engineering manner, and a method for producing solidified soil by using the device.;SOLUTION: A method for producing solidified soil includes: a disturbed peat generation step for generating disturbed peat P2 having a desired flowability suitable for dewatering process in a civil engineering manner from sedimentary peat P1; a step of dewatering the disturbed peat P2 in a civil engineering manner; and a step of adding a solidification material to the dewatered peat. A flowability control device M used in the disturbed peat generation step comprises: molding equipment 4 for molding the disturbed peat P2 transported by a continuous transport apparatus (a belt conveyor B3) to a fixed height; a flow resistance measuring device (a three-component cone 5 and a data logger 6) for electrically measuring flow resistance of the molded disturbed peat P2; and control equipment (a personal computer 7) for controlling the operation of a disintegration device 2 on the basis of the measured flow resistance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
