PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, if an FM-CW signal is used as transmitting/receiving radio waves when determining that a flying object itself approaches to a target, it becomes impossible to observe a relative velocity and a relative distance of a target when simultaneously receiving a plurality of reflected waves such as clutter, multipath, or a plurality of targets.;SOLUTION: A guided flying object according to the present invention includes: a transmitting/receiving antenna that radiates transmission radio waves towards a space, and receives reflected radio waves from a target; and a guide unit that causes a tracking to the target on the basis of the reflected radio waves. The guide unit has a phase modulator for generating a phase-modulation CW signal.
