PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly demold from an electroforming matrix even if a roll diameter is reduced (φ30 mm or less) with neither forming bulge nor poorly infiltrating plating solution when producing an endless metal thin film roll by a nickel electroforming method.;SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing endless metal thin film roll includes: using a cylindrical matrix 7, at least one main anode 13 installed at a position facing a thrust-direction central part of a cylindrical matrix, at least one or more sub anodes 14 and 15 that are installed at positions facing the thrust-direction both ends of the cylindrical matrix, a main rectifier 16 connected to the main anode, sub rectifiers 17 and 18 connected to the sub anodes and being independent from the main rectifier; increasing a current density at both ends of the cylindrical matrix more than the current density of a central part of the cylindrical matrix to perform electroforming; and manufacturing the endless metal thin film roll.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
