PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase reliability of a PLC simulation system by avoiding access contention for a PLC memory in a PLC simulation system.;SOLUTION: In a PLC simulation system 10, a PLC simulator 2 and/or an external simulator 4 executes a process while verifying a program execution state on the other simulator. For example, the PLC simulator 2 provides a socket interface, and receives and operates various commands from the external simulator 4.
