PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a running alarm device for a bicycle that always generates sounds while running, is useful for reduction of the accidents since approach is understood without visually checked in an easy structure without the failure.;SOLUTION: A protrusion is worked to an axle 1 of the bicycle, and a whirl type zonal plate 2 that has durability is formed surrounding the protrusion, and a plurality of sound sources 3 are installed to the plate of the outer periphery, and installed to the wheel axle. The whirl type entire plate vibrates by the center of the whirl type plate doing the vertical motion with the rotation of the wheel axle, swings the sound source applied to the plate, and sends the sound.
