PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private production device of biomass compost fuel pellets without turning household and workplace kitchen waste into industrial waste, improving cost effectiveness, while being environmentally friendly.SOLUTION: This production device of biomass compost fuel pellets includes a biomass compost production machine producing amorphous biomass compost by fermenting biomass such as household and workplace kitchen waste, and a pelletizing machine pelletizing the produced amorphous biomass compost. The pelletizing machine includes: a container having a cylindrical inner space for holding the charged biomass compost in a billet form; a charging port disposed at upper side surface part of the container for charging biomass compost; die holes disposed at one end of the container for extruding pellets with pressure; a piston-like stem insertable into the container from the other side opposing the die holes for press-fitting the charged biomass compost in a billet form; and a jack-up device for pushing the stem into the container, compressing the billet-form biomass compost in the container and extruding it out from the die holes.
