PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an available space in an optimal state to store or temporarily stop a sample test tube rack.;SOLUTION: A sequence element 230 is configured to be able to hold a primary rack corresponding to a desired position or in a direction corresponding to a direction of a grip part of a robot arm. A width B1 between two vertical projection partitions 237 is almost equal to a width of a first flat end face of the primary rack and can receive the end face. A width B3 is equal to (B1-Δ)/2, and Δ is a gap between two adjacent sequence elements when arranged in a rack arrangement area.
