PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire the position information of a portable terminal when a user performs any operation by visually confirming (recognizing) street advertisements, and to, when any action relating to the advertisements is made, associate the position information with the action, and to specify the advertisements on the basis of the position information, and to tabulate the frequency of the action for each of the specified advertisements.;SOLUTION: A portable terminal includes: a mechanism for detecting the operation of a user corresponding to advertisements; a mechanism for acquiring the position information of the portable terminal in accordance with the operation of the user; and a mechanism for storing the position information. An information processor includes: a mechanism for, when the user makes any action among a plurality of actions relating to advertisements, directly or indirectly acquiring the position information from the portable terminal; and a mechanism for tabulating the frequency of each action for each position information. Also, the information processor may be configured by combining a plurality of servers.
