PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enclosure structure which acts so as to improve the photovoltaic collection efficiency of a solar cell device.;SOLUTION: In an enclosure structure, an environment protective cover 103, a film 101 of a light emission wavelength conversion material, at least one solar cell 100, the environment protective cover 103, and a back sheet 106 are sequentially laminated from the light incident side, and a sealing tape 104 is bonded to a side part.
