PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically-driven pipette tool that is conveniently usable by a user, and a method of operating the electrically-driven pipette tool.SOLUTION: This pipette tool includes: an electric controller for controlling a pipette liquid transfer process; at least one operator controller for regulating an operation parameter set by a user; and an electric storage for storing at least one parameter value set. The electric controller is designed to automatically store at least one history parameter value set of an operation mode in this storage, and is designed to provide at least one automatically-stored history parameter value set relating to this operation mode again after a change of the operation parameter set relating to this operation mode is finished, for control subsequent to at least one identical pipette liquid transfer process.
