FLOW CONTROL DEVICE AND FLOW CONTROL METHOD OF SOOT BLOWER IN STEAM-POWER GENERATION FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a steam flow changes by fluctuation of a pressure in a boiler, and steam flow more than necessary is discharged to remove attached ash when the pressure in the boiler is low, and to reduce energy consumption by properly controlling the steam flow.;SOLUTION: A flow control device 200 of a soot blower blows off ash attached to a heat exchanger in an air preheater 80, in steam-power generation facilities including a boiler 10 and the air preheater 80. The flow control device of the soot blower includes a flow calculating means 220 for calculating a set value of the steam flow jetted from the soot blower on the basis of a pressure in the air preheater 80, a flow measuring means 250 for measuring the steam flow jetted from the soot blower, a comparing means 230 for comparing the measured steam flow and the set value of steam flow calculated by the flow calculating means, and a flow adjusting means 240 for adjusting the steam flow on the basis of a result of the comparison.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
