PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately calculate approximate man-hours by sharply reducing the workload of approximate man-hour estimation in system modification.;SOLUTION: A table-for-modification scale calculation reading processing unit 203 retrieves a table 211 for modification scale calculation from internal data for retrieving a table for modification scale calculation created from a modification pattern of a terminal 2 by a modification pattern reading processing unit 202, and stores it in an internal table for work. An add-on program retrieval processing unit 204 performs the ascending-order search of add-on programs in accordance with item names of the internal table for work, and an intermediate file creation processing unit 205 outputs information of the add-on program whose matching has been retrieved, and creates an intermediate file 212. A man-hour tabulation processing unit 206 reads the intermediate file 212, tabulates approximate man-hours, and generates an internal list for work, and a modification scale tabulation result output processing unit 207 outputs it in the Excel format.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
