PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building lease system in which a person who does not own a farm land, especially, a person who lives in a city, longs for a country life, and wants to cultivate the farm land of the country is able to use the farm land for free only by making a building lease contract.;SOLUTION: The building lease system includes: a process of providing information of a building lease contract with which the gratuitous use of a farm land is possible; a process of enabling a customer to browse the information; and a process of concluding a building lease contract with which the gratuitous use of the farm land is possible.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
