PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam table value computation system which satisfies isochronism of computation times of enthalpies and computes enthalpies at high speed without increasing a storage capacity of a computer by performing, even in the vicinity of a saturation temperature being a significant point, the same enthalpy computational processing as that in other temperature regions.;SOLUTION: The steam table value computation system includes: a database in which a differentiable and continuous function which expresses an unknown value as which one of a temperature of a fluid and an enthalpy of the fluid is taken, by a difference value between a variable being the other and a saturation value of the variable for the unknown value and a pressure of the fluid is stored as a first function in a first section where the variable is smaller than the saturation value for the unknown value and as a second function in a second section where the variable is larger than the saturation value for the unknown value; a difference value calculation unit which calculates a difference value between the variable and the saturation value; a function readout unit which reads the first function as a function for use in the case of the difference value being negative and reads the second function as a function for use in the case of the difference value being positive; and an unknown value computation unit which computes the unknown value by substituting the pressure and the difference value in the function for use.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
