PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of an operator during quantitative analysis of RNA in exosomes.SOLUTION: An arm 25 discharges exosomes including RNA to be measured into reaction tubes C2. An arm 33 discharges liposomes into the reaction tubes C2. A liposome is a lipid membrane vesicle which includes a reverse transcriptase enzyme for reverse transcription of the RNA to be measured, a primer, deoxyribonucleotide triphosphate and buffer fluid. An application section 35 for fusion applies energy to the exosomes and the liposomes in the reaction tubes C2 for generating fused membrane vesicles formed of exosomes and liposomes. An application section 37 for disruption applies energy to the fused membrane vesicles in the reaction tubes C2 for taking out cDNA which is complementary to the RNA to be measured synthesized by reverse transcription of the RNA to be measured from the fused membrane vesicles. A cDNA detection section 50 detects cDNA.
