PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a characteristic model update processor capable of minimizing an error rate.;SOLUTION: In order to determine a new model preparation period when preparing a characteristic model of a load device accompanied by secular deterioration such as a pump 103 from a log table 110, a plurality of temporary models which are temporary characteristic models are prepared on the basis of a plurality of different temporary model preparation periods on the basis of past log data of a period whose various conditions are considered as roughly matching the present time and date. Then, for the plurality of temporary models, an error rate is calculated using the log data of the latest temporary model verification period different from the temporary model preparation period, and the temporary model preparation period of the temporary model with the lowest error rate is determined as the new model preparation period.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
