PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-hardness ultra-fine cemented carbide for an abrasion-resistant tool, which uses Ni as a binder phase.;SOLUTION: A third phase including V and Cr is finely-dispersed and crystallized in an alloy structure, and also the size of Ni pool is set not greater than the average particle size of WC by using ultra-fine WC as a raw material powder and controlling the amount of Ni and additive amounts of V and Cr. Thus, an ultra-fine cemented carbide having high specularity and/or high strength, high hardness, and high abrasion resistance is obtained. By using the same, an application range, such as a die for molding an aspherical glass lens, a container for ultrahigh pressure generation for neutron diffraction, and a nonmagnetic, corrosion and abrasion-resistant tool, is broadened.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
