PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combiner having a gain function, fiber laser, laser light amplifier, and the like for reducing increase in a spectral width caused by self phase modulation by reducing a delivery fiber length at which the self phase modulation tends to be generated; and to provide a combiner having a gain function, fiber laser, laser light amplifier, and the like capable of appropriately reducing a higher order mode by arranging a winding position of a gain fiber without being regulated by a connection unit.;SOLUTION: A combiner having a gain function is a combiner comprising a synthesis unit for synthesizing incident light from another optical fiber, and has a fiber for transmitting the synthesized laser light which is configured by a gain fiber only.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
