PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery electrode potential estimation device capable of accurately estimating electrode potential even when original potential of a reference electrode has changed.SOLUTION: A battery electrode potential estimation device 100 for estimating electrode potential of a secondary battery 200, includes: a first acquisition section 110 for acquiring first electrode potential as electrode potential using a reference electrode 215 as a reference, in a predetermined reference state; a second acquisition section 120 for acquiring second electrode potential as electrode potential using the reference electrode 215 as a reference, in a predetermined deterioration state after the reference state; and an electrode potential correction section 130 for correcting the electrode potential measured using the reference electrode 215 as a reference in the deterioration state, by using the acquired first electrode potential and second electrode potential.
